Eileen Neubaum Carlan, M.S.

Manuscript Editor & Research Support Specialist

Ms. Carlan is the Manuscript Editor & Research Support Specialist of CFR. She edits manuscripts; prepares PowerPoint presentations; assists students learning research methodology and scientific writing; assists junior faculty learning scientific writing. She is interested in effective, efficient, and creative ways to provide staff with access to current literature; creative preparation of audiovisual presentations; effective and interesting ways of teaching students/ junior faculty methodology and scientific writing. She received a B.S. in Home Economics, Georgia Southern College, and and M.S. in Child and Family Development, University of Georgia. She has worked for CFR since 1984 as a part-time research assistant and became a full-time research support specialist in 1995.
